Top 10 Last-Minute Father's Day Gadgets Dad Actually Wants

Mother's Day inspires brunch outings and Hallmark cards, but Father's Day is too often spent trying to ward off the heat or plan some other summer vacation. And that's a shame. Dads are hard working folks, too, and they appreciate a little recognition. From least to most expensive, here's our guide to snatching up a toy for Pops in two days flat—one that's hip, hands-on and not headed for the return aisle.

Wii Fit | $90

Wii Fit
Much has been said about the Wii Fit's ability to get couch potatoes moving. In reality, if your goal is to get the dad in your life to lose weight, you're better off getting him a gym membership. But if you want him to have a good time and are looking for a game that he can play with anybody in the family, the Wii Fit is great. The system comes with a balance board for full-body gaming—try taking turns slalom skiing for a good time. It may not be great for weight loss, but it couldn't hurt. And, unlike most exercise equipment, Wii Fit's low profile and reasonable cost prevent it from becoming an expensive coat rack.

God, I love pinball. I used to play the first Indiana Jones game from the 90s, and it was so awesome. It had that tilting little board you had to navigate the ball through, and whenever you hit a bumper, an animated Indy would punch the huge German guy. Awesome!
